What is Prepare/enrich?

“Prepare/Enrich is a customized relationship assessment that identifies a couple’s strength and growth areas in 12 specific areas allowing them focus on the areas that are crucial for growth within their unique relationship. While it is known as one of the most widely used tools for premarital counseling and education, it’s suitable for couples in all phases and stages of life. After taking the assessment, a certified facilitator will meet with the couple via feedback sessions to help you unpack and discuss your results and work through skill-building exercises.” The results will provide you and your partner with insight into areas ranging from commitment levels to family systems to relationship dynamics.

How does prepare and enrich work?

Widely known as a leading relationship inventory, PREPARE/ENRICH is called a “program” because it contains both a couples assessment and a semi-structured feedback process.
